1) check ups : one can ensure a healthy lifestyle at home when he or she checks the health by using the scientific instruments(Sphygmomanometers) .Sphygmomanometer can be used to check high blood pressures at home. Aged people and people with blood pressure can check their health by using the instrument for checking their blood pressure and also to know everyday how one’s blood pressure is whether it increases or decreases or even normal one should always record the results to know whether the blood pressure increases or decreases .


2)Regular exercise: regular exercises needs to be taken by individuals to keep the body fit, train the heart and also to prevent diseases such as heart diseases.Examples of such exercises are yoga, running , pushups and even jogging .

6) Easy on alcohol : one has to be careful with the amount of alcohol he or she takes in into the human system. Huge amount of alcohol into the human system, can damage any or even all the human systems.
